As a full-service camp and retreat center, we offer on-site accommodations, recreational facilities, dining services, and a variety of meeting spaces to accommodate groups of any size. Our staff takes care of all the logistical details of housing, feeding, and hosting your people, so you can focus on investing in them and their growth.

Meeting spaces and recreation

Meeting spaces

We have a variety of meeting spaces to accommodate whatever style of programming you have planned. Indoor spaces include a gym with a chapel and private meeting rooms equipped with sound equipment and TVs. During warmer weather, groups love gathering on our famous hillside with stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

Spaces can seat 13-300 people, and our team will advise you on the perfect meeting space for you!


 

On-site recreation

Add a little adventure to your next group getaway. Included in all reservations is access to our field area (baseball, kickball, obstacle course, etc.), game room (ping pong, foosball, etc.), mini golf, indoor and outdoor gaga pits, and fire pits.

For an additional fee, we can also arrange staff-led camp activities just for your group. These include:

  • Climbing tower
  • Archery
  • Boat rides
  • Kayaking and canoeing
  • 9-square-in-the-air
  • Paintball
  • Hatchet throwing

Accommodations

The Ark Lodge

A beautiful, historic lodge building built in 1808, surrounded by covered porches lined with rocking chairs. The Ark is also home to our dining hall, game room, and indoor pool.

  • Rooms range in capacity from four to 18 people.
  • Outfittied with twin bunk beds with mattresses (guests provide linens and towels). Most rooms have one double bed.
  • Rooms with private bathrooms and rooms with shared hallway bathrooms available.
  • Fully winterized

Carlson Manor

The ultimate New England charmer! A former manor built in 1913, enjoy relaxing in a rocking chair and spending time together on the porch.

  • Rooms range in capacity from four to a dozen people.
  • Outfitted with twin bunk beds with mattresses (guests provide linens and towels). Most rooms have one double bed.
  • Rooms with private bathrooms and rooms with shared hallway bathrooms available.
  • Heated

Cabins

Set in a wooded area a short walk from the camp center, our seasonally available cabins are a great option for small groups who all want to stay together.

  • Max capacity: 12 people
  • Outfitted with twin bunk beds with mattresses (guests provide linens and towels)
  • Cabins use the neighboring bathhouse (since there is only one bathhouse on-site, cabins can only be used by one gender at a time).
  • Available seasonally between Memorial Day and Labor Day

Campground

Located less than a mile from our camp center, the campground has 32 campsites that can support RV and tent camping. The campground has on-site shared restrooms and showers.

  • All campsites have water and electric, and seven have sewage hookups as well.
  • Female bathhouse has three toilets, three sinks, and three showers; male bathhouse has three toilets, three sinks, and two showers.
  • Shared campfire pit and outdoor pavilion
  • Available seasonally between Memorial Day and Columbus Day

Dining

Sit back, relax, and let us do the cooking. Your booking includes meals for all members of your group. Meals are served buffet style in our dining hall.

Allergy-friendly accommodations are available upon request. When multiple groups are on-site at the same time, groups are assigned tables to guarantee seating together.
